Mr. Nakayama received his B.S. (1999) and M.S. (2001) in Physics from Tokyo
University of Science. After graduation, he worked for Seiko Instruments Inc.
as an optical device engineer until he joined SOEI in 2003. He has been handling
prosecutions in the fields of telecommunications, mechanical machines and Optical
devices.
He qualified as a patent attorney and joined the Japanese Patent Attorneys
Association (JPAA) in 2006.
