Mr. Osaka received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Osaka Institute
of Technology in 1994 and qualified as a patent attorney in 2003. He worked
in the intellectual property section of NEC Engneering,Ltd. for twelve years.
Since joining to SOEI in 2006, he has been handling prosecutions in the fields
of mechanical devices and printer/copier/fax machines.
He is a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Assosiation(JPAA).
