Mr. Ikeda received M.S. (1976) in Industrial Chemistry
from the Kyoto Institute of Technology . His careers in
the Japan Patent Office (1976-2007) include Examiner, Appeal
Examiner and Chief Appeal Examiner in the fields of polymer,
medicine, cosmetics, metal materials, metal processing
and semiconductors.
Since joining to SOEI in 2007, he has
been handling appeals and consultations in chemistry and
its related fields.
He
is a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA).
