Kazuyuki SHIRAI
Mr. Shirai studied Electrical Engineering at Chiba University, graduating
in 1988. After graduation, he worked for Nomura Research Institute Ltd., where
he designed and developed computer systems.
Since joining to SOEI in 2003, He has been handling prosecutions, appeals, expert
opinions and consultations in the fields of semiconductor processing, semiconductor
devices, integrated circuits, mobile communications, computer software, printer/copier/fax
machines and gaming machines.
He qualified as a patent attorney in December 2000 and is a member of the Japan
Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA).
