Green Related Application
Since November 1, 2009, it has been possible to request an accelerated examination and accelerated trial examination for “green related application” in Japan. “Green related application” refers to a patent application that seeks a patent for a green invention. Green invention is an invention that produces effects such as energy conservation and CO2 reduction.
This will allow for more innovation for the environmental cause and strengthen the green infrastructure in the society.
