From the end of April, I have started working at the Kyoto Office. I had been working at the Tokyo Office before that, and now I am making a fresh start in this new environment.

One of the first things that surprised me was that from day 1, I was able to work in almost the same conditions as the Tokyo Office. Our e-mail systems and internal phones can be used in exactly the same way as in Tokyo.

The difference from the Tokyo Office is that in Kyoto we start at 8:30 a.m. and we have morning meetings and morning exercises. Despite the early start time, it only takes 30 minutes to the office and the trains are not too crowded, so it’s not that bad. And because we have longer hours in the mornings, we can get a lot of things done in that time.

Fortunately, business is increasing dramatically here at the Kyoto Office and I am hoping to enliven the business even more together with the other members here!
