The other day we held a summer party cum farewell party for a short-term staff. It was another hot day, and the cold beer was soothing.
In this beer garden, to our delight, a maiko goes around the tables and pours beer for everyone. She was very beautiful.
This is a photograph of Chikayoshi from Miyagawacho and φω, the short-term staff, looking very happy.
He started working with us in May and now three months have passed already…Time flies.
We have this system where experienced patent attorneys are sent from the Tokyo Office in rotation to work with us every three months.
It’s a little sad when they leave, but it’s very inspiring for me personally as well as for the whole Kyoto Office to welcome a new member once in a while.
