OUR PEOPLE

Mr. Matsumoto received his B.A. (2010) and M.A. (2012) in Japanese modern literature from Kanazawa University. He worked as Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist at an administrative scrivener office in Tokyo, and he was mainly engaged in immigration work. He registered as an Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist in 2014. He qualified as a patent attorney in 2019, and joined SOEI in 2020. He is a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA).
