Mr. Matsui received his M.S. in Nano-Engineering Technology from the Graduate School of Nano-Engineering at Waseda University. He was engaged in the design and development of ultrasonic devices for surgical use at a precision equipment manufacturer.
Mr. Matsui joined SOEI in 2021 and was registered as a patent attorney the same year.
