OUR PEOPLE

Mr. Wada received his B.S (1986) in Agricultural Machinery from Kyushu University. He served as Examiner, Administrative Judge, Director of Examinations, Chief Administrative Judge, Senior Director of the Board of Trial and Appeal, and Executive Chief Administrative Judge at Japan Patent Office(1986-2012,2015-2020). He also worked for Tokyo District Court (2012-2015) as Judicial Research Official.
He had examined patent applications and had handled trial and appeal cases in the field of mechanical technology, including motive machinery, production machinery, general machinery, logistics, transportation, lighting, medical device.
He joined Soei Patent & Law Firm in 2020.
