OUR PEOPLE

Mr. Fukaishi received his B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Tokyo Institute of Technology in 1997 and 1999, respectively. He worked for NTT DATA Corporation as a systems engineer (1999-2003), and passed the patent attorney examination in 2002 and qualified as a patent attorney in 2003.
Since joining SOEI in 2003, he handles prosecutions, appeals, expert opinions, and consultations in the fields of mobile communications, computer software, and bioinformatics.
He is a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) and the Operations Research Society of Japan.
