Board Member

Mr. Kobiyama received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Yokohama National University. After working in the Automobile Technology and Safety Team at the Ministry of Land, Infrastrucuture, Transport and Tourism, he joined SOEI in 2007. He qualified as a patent attorney and joined the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) in 2013.
