OUR PEOPLE

Mr. Sasaki received his B.S. (2004) and M.S. (2006) in Applied Chemistry from Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology. He qualified as a patent attorney in 2012. He joined Soei the same year, where he handles domestic and international patent prosecution, trials, oppositions, and opinions, primarily in the field of chemistry. His areas of expertise include ceramics, cosmetics, lubricants, fuels, petroleum chemistry, electrolytes and battery materials, polymers, adhesives, and photoresists.

Additionally, Mr. Sasaki has experience in secondments to companies, including startups, where he has taken on roles within their intellectual property departments, contributing to various IP-related tasks.

He is a member of the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) and AIPPI.
