OUR PEOPLE

Mr. Okumura received his M.S. in Information Science from Tohoku University. He worked at a system integration company for several years as an engineer. He joined SOEI in 2010 and registered as a Japanese patent attorney in 2017. He currently handles consultations in the fields of semiconductor processing, semiconductor devices, mechanical devices, computer architecture, and computer software.
