OUR PEOPLE

Ms. Tanizawa received her M.S. in Material Engineering from the University of Tokyo. She worked for an information system company and a patent law firm in Tokyo before joining the Japan Patent Office (JPO) as a fixed-term examiner (4th Patent Examination Department). At the JPO, she examined patent applications in the field of information storage. After qualifying as a patent attorney and joining the Japan Patent Attorneys Association (JPAA) in 2013, she joined SOEI the same year.
